Absolutely wonderful the ac works and customer service what can I say they are all Mexican that means you will have the best experience you would ever have
This is a standard Holiday Inn express. The staff are super friendly, there's lots of parking (you take a ticket from a machine, and they validate it for you). My room is comfortable, the air conditioning works, and they have a really nice pool at the back that I'm going to use right now. The only thing is, it's really close to the Port of Manzanillo, so there's not much around. This is not a hotel where you'd come to and spend your vacation in Manzanillo, unless you want to drive down to the beaches, then it would work perfectly fine. I'm just passing through. There is a seafood restaurant called Tio Sam's —a 4-minute walk away, it closes at 6:00 PM. The hotel also gave me a paper with a QR code to scan for two restaurants that deliver. But if it's before 5:00 PM, walk around the corner to Tio Sam's for some really excellent mariscos in a really nice, fresh, beautifully decorated little restaurant. Oh, and the pool is in a lovely patio setting with lots of lounge chairs and shade for those - like me - that need it.
Perfect business hotel. Excellent rooms with all you need except fridge. Water bottles free. Outside a prison yard with pool. Located in industry area but quiet.
Good place, new construction, however some of the equipment, like AC and Phones have been evidently refurbished. TV are not smart, so if you do not bring your own PC and cables, you are limited to tv broadcast
It's a good hotel, pretty clean and the staff is very nice, there's included good breakfast, the view is not really pleasant with all those indistrial ships and cranes.
Its one of the best hotel experiemce you will get on Manzanillo, Remember Manzanillo its the must important dock harbor at México, so its often visitted by engieners and specialized people. This hotel its for them. Clean, well conservated, nice rooms, good bathrooma and evwn an included brakefast that its better of what you spect. It has a swiming pool and gym. its familiar and have taxis, because unless you got car its dificult to walk where ever you want to go. 40min away from airport of manzanillo
Best hotel in Manzanillo. I stayed here with my family for a weekend, with two rooms on each floor. Has free breakfast, and good shower, and some outside pool.
